Our groomers are very gentle and experienced with pets of all ages. It’s actually very beneficial for the puppies to start early and stay on a frequent schedule to socialize them with the grooming process, and help them build trust with their groomers.
In order to maintain a safe, comfortable environment, we do require all pets to be current on their rabies vaccinations and to wait at least 48 hours after shots before checking in. The waiting period helps to ensure your pet isn’t sore at the injection site, which can cause irritability or lethargy. Documentation or verbal confirmation from your veterinarian will need to be provided prior to the grooming service being performed. We cannot accept rabies tags as proof of vaccinations. Puppies between 8 weeks and 6 months of age may receive services without vaccinations.
Grooming services should be scheduled in advance. Our team can help plan your Spa experience, including the best order of treatments. Please email or call us to secure your reservation. A $180 deposit is required at the time appointments are made. Members will need to prepay for the full service at checkout to schedule their next appointment.
Grooming on a regular basis is essential to maintain the overall wellness of your pets. You are recommended to have your pets groomed at least every four weeks. We are proud to offer our premier membership plan to help your pets always look their best while offering you discounts, convenience and peace of mind.
All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Gratuity are appreciated but not required.
We offer standard appointments 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, and can accommodate clients outside of these hours with after-hour charge depending on availability.
We provide you an appointment time with a 2 hour arrival window to accommodate the unpredictability that sometimes comes with bookings such as traffic or a previous booking taking longer than expected. We will notify you when we are on our way with an ETA. It’s our policy to put a smile on your face and that means keeping you in the loop and aware at all times.
Taking your puppies for a walk or at least a potty break before grooming would be very helpful to stimulate relaxation, improve their mood and enjoy their spa day.
No. We would love to have you watch us, but pets can become too excited when seeing their owners that they can run the risk of being injured. Groomers use many sharp tools whilst styling and pets that move around on the grooming table are at a higher risk of being wrongly cut. “DO NOT” be offended if your groomer informs you that you or your children can not be in the van or standing outside the window. It is only done for the safety of your beloved pet.
Because it hurts, A LOT! It's too painful and stressful to your dog! We will try our best to save as much coat as possible, and use a deep conditioner that works to detangle the hair. But brushing out matting also makes your pet dread the grooming process, as they associate being in pain with it each time. Weeks or months-worth of mat build up can not be removed in one grooming session. We will always choose humanity over vanity. If the dog has a mat or two, that is a different story – we will do our best to remove the mat and continue on with the haircut.
No. Our state-of-the-art mobile van is self contained and has ample power and a 65 gallon supply of heated water. We are equipped to perform all services a salon can offer.
That's the beauty of mobile grooming - no! Once we've met and we're on the same page as to what you would like for a haircut, then you do not need to be present for appointments if your schedule requires otherwise. Latch Key service is available!
We are currently serving our customers residing in the following postal Zip Codes: 32789, 32819, 32836, 34786, 34787. If you are unsure if you are in our service area, feel free to give us a call or drop us an email to inquire! If you are outside of our service area and still wants to book a grooming, the trip fee starts at $150 and goes up depending on the distance required to travel. This becomes an exclusive appointment and has to be scheduled accordingly.
The answer to both of these questions is No. Due to the exclusive nature of mobile grooming, we are not able to accommodate aggressive pet(s) for the safety of the groomer. If your dog has a bite history, grooming at a veterinarian with a groomer is recommended for everyone's safety. If your dog needs to be sedated for any reason, this is also a scenario that needs to be seen by a groomer within a veterinarian clinic. In the event that the dog has an adverse reaction to the sedation, immediate attention can be given to the dog at a clinic. Therefore we refer any dogs needing sedation to a veterinarian clinic.
We absolutely do! It is ideal to start getting your puppy used to grooming from an early age. We try to make this a positive experience for them, especially those breeds that need grooming throughout their whole lives. We recommend at least having two sets of puppy shots from the vet prior to their first grooming appointment. With an owner's consent the youngest puppies we will take puppies are 6 weeks. Since this is a one-on-one service, no need to worry about other dogs transmitting any illnesses to your puppy. We have a strict sanitation schedule that we follow during and in-between every dog to keep everyone safe.
